Day 01
Kathmandu Arrival

Our representative will meet and greet you at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to your hotel.

At 06:00 PM: We will give a short briefing about your tour program. If you are arriving late (after 4 PM) then we will have briefing next morning at 9:00 AM. If any payment is due, then it will be collected during the briefing time.

Day 02
Kathmandu Sightseeing (Full-Day)

At 09:00 AM: After your breakfast at the hotel visit for a full day sightseeing of Pashupatinath temple (1 hour), Boudhanath (40 minutes), Kathmandu Durbar Square (1 hour) and Swayambhunath (40 Minutes). You can have your lunch at the local restaurant during the sightseeing.

At 03:30 PM: Drive to Nagarkot (32 KM, Approx. 2 hours drive), view sunset from Nagarkot hill top. Nagarkot also apply the entrance fee about NPR 240 per person.

 

Pashupatinath temple is the largest and holiest shrines for Hindus.This temple, situated on the bank of Bagmati river was built in the 5th century There are around 492 temples, 15 Shivalayas (shrines of Lord Shiva) and 12 Jyotirlinga (phallic shrines) to explore. No entrance fee is charged for SAARC nationals to enter the temple. Although only Hindus are allowed to enter the temple, visitors can clearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati river. (No Entrance Fee for Indian)

 

Swayambhunath is one of the most glorious, holiest and oldest Stupa of the world. It is Located on a small hillock in west Kathmandu hence commands an excellent view of the valley. The stupa was built in 460 A.D. by King Manadeva, is also known by the name "Monkey Temple”. (Entrance Fee NPR 50)

Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the three Durbar Squares of Kathmandu Valley. The Malla king Pratap Malla erected the statue of Hanuman (the Hindu god of power) in this place and it was named Hanuman Dhoka.  Taleju Temple, Tribhuvan Museum, the house of Kumari (Living Goddess), Kasthamandap, the temple of Kal Bhairav along with few other temples are some places to explore. Boudhanath is one of the largest stupas in South Asia. It is the center hub of Buddhism in Nepal which is surrounded by hundreds of monasteries. Licchhavi rulers renovated the staple during the 8th century, which has made on the shape of a Mandala. (Entrance Fee NPR 100)

Day 03
Bhaktapur and Patan Sightseeing and Visit Chandragiri by Cable Car

At 09:00 AM: After the breakfast, visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square. Have your lunch at the Indian restaurant. After lunch visit to Chandragiri hill top via cable car. After Chandragiri we will drop you to your hotel. Cable car ticket isn’t included in our given package, which is INR 600 Per Person for both way.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square which is also known as Bhadgaon has major 4 squares: Durbar Square, Taumadhi Square, Dattatraye Square and Pottery Square. Some of the major attractions are Lu Dhoka (The Golden Gate)” which is said to be the most beautiful and richly molded specimen of its kind in the entire world, The Palace of 55 windows and Dattatraye Temple along with some other small temples. (Entrance Fee NPR 500)

Patan Durbar Square is 5 km southeast of Kathmandu. Major temples are Krishna Temple, Taleju Temple and Bhimsen Temple. Some places to explore there are Patan Museum, Mahaboudha, Kumbeshwor, Keshave Naryan, Vishwanath & Chyasin Dewal and Sundari Chowk. Banglamukhi is one of the famous temples of Devi ( Goddess ) in Kathmandu. The temple of Baglamukhi is situated in Patan (Lalitpur). There are various other small temples inside the Baglamukhi temple premises. People visit this temple mainly on Thursdays as it is considered as the day of Bhagwati. (Entrance Fee NPR 250)

Chandragiri is a nearest hill station from Kathmandu where you can experience the cable car ride and get a great view of Kathmandu Valley, several himalayan ranges and Bhaleshwor temple.
